Level 1 Charger

Using a home charger or a standard 120V electric vehicle 1 outlet, there's no need to upgrade the big wiring in your home. You can relax indoors by simply plugging in. The disadvantage of Level 1 is just the speed. General electric cars are said to take 10 to 20 hours to fully charge a dead battery. If you drive 10 to 30 km a day, charging will be complete in about 5 hours.

Level 2 charger

The Level 2 charger uses a 240V alternating current circuit, so it can be charged much higher than the standard Level 1 120V charger. While a Level 1 charger takes 10 to 20 hours to fully charge a released car, a Level 2 charger can charge the same battery in 3 to 8 hours.

It seems that pets and companies are introducing Level 2 chargers, often without the need to change their high-speed charging and their home or office wiring. Level 2 chargers often apply to tax credits and rebates.
